Self-care Advocate. Workshop Facilitator. Safe Space Creator.

I’m a wellness facilitator, speaker, and host dedicated to helping Black Women rest, reflect, and reclaim their wellbeing — without guilt or apology.
For more than a decade, I’ve created and led workshops, retreats, and community conversations that center mental health, boundaries, and sustainable self-care. My facilitation style blends lived experience, research, and cultural awareness — because I understand the weight Black Women carry in leadership, caregiving, and everyday life, and I’m committed to building spaces where they can finally exhale.
Past speaking & facilitation highlights include:
-
NAMI Black Mental Health Summit
-
OK Sis! Membership Tea
-
AKA Omega Zeta Omega “Mental Health Matters” Resource Fair
-
Strong Black Woman Redefined Conference
-
Exhale Summit
-
BWEA Career Mobility Conference

The Mission...
To create safe, affirming spaces where Black Women can rest, reflect, and reclaim their mental and emotional wellbeing — without guilt and without apology.
Who I Serve...
Workshops, retreats, + conversations that help you reclaim your peace.
I create safe, sustainable spaces where Black Women—professionals, leaders, and everyday women— can rest, reflect, and restore without apology.
Through wellness workshops, retreats, and facilitated sessions for organizations, sororities, and sister circles, I help women replace exhaustion with ease and rebuild a softer, more sustainable way of living.
