Sis, You Are the Value

A shared, affirming workshop for Black Women ready to release the pressure to prove, perform, and overextend.

This experience creates space to slow down, reflect, and remember that your worth is not tied to how much you carry, fix, produce, or achieve.

What This Workshop Is About

You are the value — before you do anything at all.

Through guided reflection, honest conversation, and practical wellness tools, this workshop helps Black Women untangle worth from productivity, release guilt around rest, and reconnect with themselves beyond constant strength.

It is a facilitated wellness experience centered on reflection, community care, and real-life support.
