No. This is a facilitated community circle centered on conversation, reflection, and emotional support — not clinical treatment.
2. What is the Safe Space Support Group?
It’s a free, monthly virtual gathering for Black Women to rest, reflect, and release — together, without judgment.
3. Do I have to speak or share?
Not at all. You’re welcome to listen, take it in, or share when and if you feel ready.
