A Safe Space to Exhale

You don’t have to be strong here.

Hello, my name is Courtney, and I create affirming wellness spaces for Black Women navigating burnout, caregiving, and life transitions — so you can exhale, reconnect with yourself, and move forward sustainably.

This is not therapy — it’s community care, reflection, and real-life tools for everyday wellbeing.

Creating Sustainable Wellness, One Safe Space at a Time

Through affirming spaces, Black Women are invited to rest, reflect, and reconnect — without guilt or pressure, always to be strong.

This work goes beyond self-care.

It’s about protecting your peace and building sustainable, real-life wellness.

The Mission

The Safe Space exists to create affirming spaces where Black Women can rest, reflect, and reconnect, without guilt or pressure to be strong.

For the Black Women Who're Tired of Being Strong

WhoI Serve ...

I  serve Black Women who’ve been carrying a lot for a long time:

  • Mid-career professionals.

  • Caregivers.

  • Leaders.

Black Women who are used to being strong — even when they’re tired.

This space is for Black Women navigating burnout, transitions, and quiet exhaustion, and craving room to slow down, breathe, and take care of themselves without guilt or explanation.

If you’re ready for rest that feels real and sustainable, you’re in the right place.

It’s a free, monthly virtual gathering for Black Women to rest, reflect, and release — together, without judgment.
